Healing from Within:
How Hypnosis and Homeopathy Work Together

Many people live with ongoing fatigue, emotions they have learned to hold down, or hormonal ups and downs, and often each one gets looked at on its own. But what if some of these symptoms are connected, shaped by emotional patterns and imbalances that sit underneath them?

That question is the starting point for a partnership between Yovanna Moré, BA, CCH, of Mind’s Eye Hypnosis and Chantell Lamondin, HOM, RSHom(NA), of Prism Healing Centre. Together they have developed a way of working that brings clinical hypnosis and homeopathy side by side. It rests on the idea that the body and the subconscious mind are closely linked: hypnosis works with long-held patterns in the subconscious, while homeopathy looks at the physical side of how those patterns can show up.

What does a combined approach look like?

The example below is illustrative. “Susan” is not a real client; her story was written to show how the two approaches fit together.

Susan comes in with a history of low mood, persistent fatigue, irregular cycles and irritability she can’t explain. Her lab work shows only mild hormone fluctuations, and she has been told to “manage her stress.” She feels there is something more going on.

In her hypnosis sessions, Susan explores long-held emotional patterns: anger she has kept quiet through years of people-pleasing, grief she never had room for, and beliefs about herself that formed in childhood. Hypnosis gives her a calm, focused space to work through those feelings, look at old beliefs in a new way, and practise letting her nervous system relax enough to ask for what she needs.

Alongside this, she works with Chantell on homeopathic care chosen for her individual picture: someone who feels overburdened, underappreciated and run down. Over the following months Susan notices steadier moods and more energy, and says she feels more like herself. Every person is different, and so is every experience of this work.

How do hypnosis and homeopathy work together?

The two approaches look at the same person from two directions. Hypnosis works with the mind: the emotional patterns and beliefs held below conscious awareness. Homeopathy is used to support the body’s own capacity to find balance. Used together, the aim is to look at what may sit underneath ongoing symptoms, not only at the symptoms themselves, with attention to body, mind and spirit.

Who might consider it?

People who explore this combined approach are often living with stress-related fatigue, grief or emotions held in for a long time, patterns that keep repeating, or ongoing symptoms they want to understand more deeply.

Hypnosis and homeopathy complement, and do not replace, care from your doctor. If you have a medical condition, keep your doctor involved.
