Who we are
Mind’s Eye Hypnosis PLLC (“we”, “us”) is a hypnosis practice in Simsbury, Connecticut, founded by Yovanna Moré. This policy explains what personal information our website, www.mehypno.com, collects, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
What we collect, and why

Contact-form messages and sign-ups are stored in our website’s database and emailed to the practice. A copy of contact-form messages goes to our website administrator, Technology On Call, who maintains the site.
Health information
What you write to us – for example, that you want help with anxiety, sleep or a habit – may reveal something about your health. Under Connecticut law this can be consumer health data. We:
- use it only to reply to you and arrange a consultation;
- never sell it, and never use it for advertising;
- share it only with the service providers listed below that we need to run the website and email;
- delete it when you ask (see “Your rights”).
Please do not send detailed medical history through the website form. Your consultation is the right place for that.
Booking appointments
Appointments are booked through Jane (mehypnoct.janeapp.com), a separate booking and clinical-records system. When you follow a “Book” button you leave this website. Jane shows its own cookie notice and has its own privacy policy: jane.app/privacy. Information you give in Jane, including intake forms, is held in Jane for the practice.
Cookies and similar technologies
We ask before setting any cookie that is not strictly necessary. A banner appears on your first visit; Reject is as easy as Accept, and you can change your mind at any time from the cookie settings button on every page. Full details, including a live list of every cookie, are in our Cookie Policy.

We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share your information for advertising.
Who we share information with
Only service providers that help us run the site and our email: our web host (WP Engine), Cloudflare, Google (Workspace email and Analytics), CookieYes, Elfsight, Jane, and Technology On Call as website administrator. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Contact-form messages: as long as we need them to answer you and arrange care; ask us at any time to delete them. Email sign-ups: until you ask us to remove your address. Google Analytics data: no longer than 14 months.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Connecticut residents have these rights under the Connecticut Data Privacy Act, including for consumer health data. Email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy request” or call 860-995-5815. We will answer within 45 days. If we refuse, you may appeal by replying to our answer, and you may contact the Connecticut Attorney General.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13. Consultations for children are arranged by a parent or guardian.
Security
The site uses HTTPS. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, so please keep sensitive health details for your consultation.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above. Significant changes will be shown on the site.
